As soon as you click “Hire”, the contract is generated and the assignment is confirmed.
YES. - Registration is free. - Posting assignments is free. - You only pay Service Fees if you actually validate a hire. If you don’t find anyone or don’t validate a candidate, you pay nothing.
Download the app and follow the steps: - Profile: Fill in your skills and work experience. - Documents: To be able to sign a contract and get paid, you must upload: + A valid ID document + Your Carte Vitale (French health insurance card) or social security document (needed so the employer can declare you to URSSAF and open your social rights) + A bank account (RIB) to receive your salary - Apply: Receive notifications for assignments near you and apply in a few taps.

No. JobUnity is a technical platform. - The Employer is the Company (Recruiter). - The Company is the one that pays you. - The contract is a fixed-term contract (CDD) signed directly between the Company and the Candidate.
That’s one of our strengths. Thanks to the Administrative Mandate signed at registration, JobUnity handles everything on behalf of the Company: - Automatic generation of the CDD contract (signed electronically in the app) - Automatic submission of the DPAE (mandatory pre-hire declaration) to URSSAF The Company stays legally compliant, without having to manage the admin manually.
You only pay on success. The price (Service Fees) depends on the length of the assignment: - less then a week: €35 excl. VAT - 1 to 2 weeks: €40 excl. VAT - 2 to 3 weeks: €45 excl. VAT - 1 month or more: €50 excl. VAT This amount covers: - Sourcing - Matching - Contract generation - DPAE - Electronic signature
No, it’s free! If, after a successful assignment via JobUnity, you decide to hire the candidate on a permanent contract (CDI) or a longer CDD outside the platform, we’re happy for you. We do not charge any “headhunting fee” for that. That’s exactly the purpose of JobUnity: to create long-term employment opportunities. (Important: contacting a candidate identified on the platform for a first “off-the-books” mission or outside the platform, just to avoid Service Fees, is strictly forbidden.)
If you use the platform to identify a candidate, then contact them directly to avoid the matching fees (€35–€50), you expose yourself to: - A fixed penalty of €1,000 excl. VAT per proven breach, in accordance with our Terms of Use - Suspension of your account You also lose the legal protection provided by JobUnity: - No auto-generated contract - No automatic DPAE
You pay the candidate directly. JobUnity provides you with a detailed Payroll Export. To simplify your declarations, we recommend using TESE (Titre Emploi Service Entreprise), a free URSSAF service that acts as both contract and payslip tool for small businesses. Our data are formatted to help you fill in the TESE form in about 2 minutes.
Even though the Company is your legal employer, JobUnity does not leave you on your own. 1. First, contact the company via the in-app messaging. 2. If the problem persists, report the issue in the app. 3. JobUnity will step in as a mediator and remind the employer of its legal obligations. Note: Non-payment of salaries is a serious breach and leads to the company being banned from our platform.
Your safety comes first. - If you are in immediate danger or the conditions are clearly unacceptable, you have a Right to Withdraw from the assignment: you can leave the job. - Report the incident to JobUnity Support as soon as possible. - We will investigate, and companies at fault may be permanently removed from the platform.
Inform us immediately via the app! - With a valid justification (doctor’s note, etc.): Your absence is excused, with no penalty. - Without justification (no-show): You lose 2 points on your Poker Score and risk account suspension. Reliability is our number one value.

You have a Right to Appeal. You have 10 days to contact support with your evidence (messages, screenshots, photos, etc.). We manually review each disputed case.
It’s not for us, it’s for the State. A copy of your Carte Vitale or social security entitlement document is required so your employer can complete the DPAE (pre-hire declaration). Without this, you would not be properly declared, which is illegal and would deprive you of social coverage in case of a work accident.
Go to: “Settings > My Profile > in sidebar section you will see Delete option” Your data will be deleted within 30 days (except for legal documents such as contracts and invoices that we are required to keep for tax and regulatory purposes).
