JobUnity keeps your job templates, your team and your schedule: when someone is missing, you publish the mission in two clicks from what you already wrote.
Finding someone is only the start. JobUnity goes all the way.
The full loop
An agency takes your place. JobUnity goes the full loop and stays useful after the hire — you recruit directly and you keep control.
Publish a mission from a job template you already wrote, or invite candidates from your private network directly.
We verify the candidate's identity: the documents are read then deleted, only the verified fields are kept.
You talk directly with the candidates, no middleman, and you choose yourself who comes.
The person you chose appears on your schedule, in their spot, with their hours.
On the day of the mission, both sides confirm the person was there.
You rate, you are rated. The cards build up on both sides.
The team module
That is what changes everything compared to a job board: you don't write an ad from a blank page at 8am. You start from your schedule and job templates already written.
Write once what a server, dishwasher or labourer is at your place: title, usual hours, tasks. You never write it again.
Enter your employees and their roles. This is the base of everything else: without a team in the tool, a schedule serves no purpose.
A grid: people in rows, days in columns. You see at a glance the days someone is missing.
From the empty slot on the schedule: the role, the date and the hours are already filled in. All that remains is to publish.
A time-off request arrives in the tool, you accept or decline, and the schedule updates itself.
"Marie works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8am to 4pm" is entered once and repeats.
The candidates you trust stay in your book, invited first.
Publish a mission visible only to your private network, before opening it to everyone.
Our goal
Today, that network is still filling up. We would rather tell you than let you find out: what you get right now is the complete tool to hold your team together and publish fast. The speed of response grows with the number of candidates registered near you.
The moment that changes everything
A 7am call: your server is not coming. You mark the absence, and in the same second, below your schedule, the matching candidates appear. Same thing when you approve a scheduled leave. You invite without leaving the page — no other screen to open, no ad to write, no search to launch.
| Tue 1 | Wed 2 | Thu 3 | Fri 4 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Sarah Server | 18:00 – 23:00 | 18:00 – 23:00 | Slot to cover | 18:00 – 23:00 |
Tom Server | 11:00 – 15:00 | — | — | 11:00 – 16:00 |
Bilal Cook | 17:00 – 23:30 | 17:00 – 23:30 | 17:00 – 23:30 | 17:00 – 23:30 |
On phone, the grid slides sideways.
in the same second
Sorted by proximity: your team first, then your private network, then the JobUnity pool. You launched nothing — the list is already there, below the grid.
Off on Thursday evening · already trained on service · no other slot that day
Server · 6 missions with you · available Thursday evening
Head waiter · knows the menu and the register · available Thursday
Server · identity verified · available Thursday evening
Tick one person, several, or everyone: a single invitation goes out, with the date and hours of the slot to cover. Members of your private network are proposed first, and the mission can be reserved for them.
Six moments JobUnity was built to serve.
A call at 7am: your server is not coming. You declare the absence on the schedule and the mission goes out in the minute.
A large table booked for tonight. You need one more person, for a service, not a month.
A weekend, a sale, a construction site picking up. The backup is punctual and known ahead of time.
Too much delay, too many middlemen, and you don't really choose the person who arrives.
A sick leave, a booked time off. You need to cover the role several days in a row, without breaking the rest of the schedule.
You no longer want to test blind. You want the same people back, the ones who already know how you work.
Trust
Three mechanisms, and what they do exactly — no more, no less.
Uploaded documents are read by an administrator, then deleted. We keep no copy: only the verified fields remain — last name, first name, date of birth, and the validity of the residence permit when there is one.
A verified profile carries the matching mention. It is a commitment from us on how documents are handled, not a promise about all sign-ups.
Four families, one playing-card suit each:
A card is earned per trade, after five ratings.
How it works →On the day of the mission, both sides confirm the person was there. No one-sided declaration: presence is confirmed by both, and that is what makes the ratings that follow credible.
Candidates · read carefully
A complete, up-to-date profile puts you in front — and gets you invited directly, without needing to apply. This is not polite advice: it is the sorting rule of the platform.
In company searches, the list is sorted: complete profiles marked available come before the others. A half-filled profile drops.
Below this threshold, the application is not possible. This is not an arbitrary barrier: a company cannot decide anything on an empty profile.
The more your profile is filled in, the more the company can invite you directly from its schedule — without publishing an ad at all.
What counts in completeness
Not to be mistaken
A complete profile puts you at the top of the list. It does not create demand: it makes companies see you first, and lets them invite you without going through an ad.
What's coming
We announce these pieces when they work, not before. No date shown as long as they are not ready.
Pick a mission and a candidate, and get the documents filled in from what the platform already knows.
Be told the moment something moves: a reply, an application, a declared absence.
Enter your team, set up your schedule, publish your first mission. You will see the difference on the very first replacement.
